The name Palmasola Villa was inspired when the owner was walking by this empty lot and one lonely (sola) palm tree (palma), and decided to build this magnificent estate. The villa sits in a prime location, as it is one of only two villas located in the Signature Estates, providing both an abundance of privacy as well as convenience as it is located directly next door to the Pacifico Beach Club.
The interior of the home is completely designed for comfort and fun. The endless amenities of the villa include a 200-foot heated infinity pool, family and media room, a gym, an office, a massage room and plenty of outdoor lounge areas for sunbathing or indoor living spaces for when you want to cool down in the A/C.
The heart of Palmasola is the main palapa, which features ocean-inspired décor and the ability to be transformed into an incredible venue that hosts anything you and your guests desire: from cocktail parties to Monte Carlo-style casino nights.
This spectacular 9-bedroom estate is made up of 3 different residence buildings which can host up to 22 guests. The entire top floor of the building by the beach is dedicated to the master suite, where you will enjoy magnificent views, as well as an expansive bathroom with all the amenities you could ever ask for.
During your stay, you’ll be pampered by a full-staff which includes a general manager, manager’s assistant, concierge, waiters, chef, and housekeepers, all dedicated to ensuring your stay is nothing short of spectacular.

Oceanfront Residence: This building compromises 3 bedrooms, 1 living area, a fully equipped executive study, spa treatment/massage room. It has direct access to the pool.
- Bedroom 1 – El Sol (entire upper level): King size bed, En-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi, balcony, outdoor terrace, study and rooftop terrace, ocean view
- Bedroom 2 – El Mar (ground level): King size bed (can be converted to two full size beds), ocean view.
- Bedroom 3 – La Tierra (ground level): King size bed (can add 1 queen sofa bed), En-suite bathroom, wheelchair friendly, direct access to shallow portion of the swimming pool, ocean view
Guest Residence: Two floor structure with 4 bedrooms , 2 living areas and a private roof terrace. It is set within their verdant main garden space and offers views of the ocean and pool.

This place is, bar none, the best spot in this area! We have been to Punta Mita before, and I can assure anyone looking for an Ideal Getaway in Mexico…this is excellence. Top notch service staff, authentic Mexican cuisine , and not afraid of special dietary needs or requests. Plenty of attention to details when it comes to a special celebration or a day of activities.
